A wiki allows you to edit the html-page you are viewing in your webbrowser
at once.

Goto: http://www.rubygarden.org/ruby
Look at the bottom-left of the page "edit text of this page"
When done, click on save and you will see your changes
on the page. The next visitor will see your changed page.

Wikis allow a rather organic way of growing hyperlinked
resources. Try it.

In the RAA you find Ruby implementations. I think
the first Wiki was written by Ward Cunningham in Perl.
