Is there any way to specify the options to be passed to rdoc for hoe's
documentation targets (either in the Rakefile or in environment
variables)?  I looked for this, but I could not find it.  I have
wanted this for several things in the past, but I'm now interested in
it for specifying a different rdoc template.

If this isn't supported, I would like to vote for this as an
enhancement for a future version of hoe.  Thank you!
