I found the problem, It don't support this syntax:

:host => '<address>/<SID>'

It must be in this way:

:host => '<address>' ,
:database => '<SID>'

so, this is the correct way:

ActiveRecord::Base.establish_connection(
:username => "pabloq",
:password => "db345",
:host => "127.0.0.1",
:database => '<SID>')
