Looks like they're about the same, with [I'd bet] radrails having
slightly more updated versions of radrails.
EasyEclipse seems to be eclipse + radrails [either an old version of
the aptana one stripped out of aptana]
Aptana Radrails is the Aptana IDE [essentially eclipse] + radrails.
So I guess they're pretty similar.
Wish radrails were just an eclipse plugin but I guess we can't always
have it our way :)
