Oh, I'm sorry. I made a mistake.
It's located in "in.coming/" directory of some ftp servers
(I'm not sure but perhaps ftp.ruby-lang.org or ftp.netlab.org).

I think it's not linked from http:/www.ruby-lang.org...

The shttpsrv can handle Servlet (loadable Ruby script) which
is like Java Servlet. That's, of course, not intend heavy traffic,
but flexible than the Apache/mod_ruby/eruby combo.
