Hi Ruby people.

A while ago there was a thread that started by Phil Tomson based on 
the subject that we should have something like the Python-URL. Phil 
Tomson and myself have voluntered for the task.  We have decided that 
every sunday there will be page at the Ruby Garden that summarizes 
interesting topics of discussion and any announcements for the week.

Not that I'm encouraging people to not subscribe to ruby-talk (this 
is a great list with brilliant people), but some people get turned 
off by high traffic lists. The Ruby URL (RURL) is supposed to help 
keep those people in the loop with what is going on in the Ruby world.

I've done a week and a half worth of collecting and sumamrizing 
announcements, and some interesting topics that where discussed that 
week. Check it out and please give feedback of any sort to 
me.
