I'm in the process of uploading REXML 1.1a6.

I *finally* downloaded the OASIS tests and the test suite provided by 
NAKAMURA, Hiroshi.  I found a bug in the DocType processing code that was 
killing REXML's conformance rating.  Fixing that one bug raised REXML's 
score to:

        *** REXML ***
        total   ...438
        success ...399 (91.1%)
        failure ... 39 (8.9%)

Hiroshi's test suite is a real boon -- thanks, Hiroshi -- and I'll be 
focusing on XPath and getting the conformance rating as high as I can.  In 
the meantime, I'm releasing 1.1a6.
