where he describes the design of a new programming language. Interesting
discussion where he discusses why/how he targets "good" programmers so the
language need/should not limit them.

I think this is something Ruby is pretty (still to little dynamism
IMHO) strong in. It feels like I have more power and thus the language
gets out of the way.
