Any reason for why Ruby was not represented at the recent LL1 conferences at MIT? Python and Perl were, and so was Curl. Even a 3-week old language, Paul Graham's Arc, was heard, and apparently impressed a lot. Simon Cozens, a Perlman, who was an attendee has a nice one-sentence comment about Ruby: "Sadly, few people seemed to have heard much about Ruby, something they will probably come to regret in time." Andy, Dave, and Matz too busy? Cozen's report: http://www.perl.com/pub/a/2001/11/21/lightweight.html. Paul Graham's Arc: http://www.paulgraham.com/paulgraham/arc.html
