This XMLStreamParser has come up a couple of times recently (the conformance
tests, now in the new release of xml-rpc for Ruby).

The description of this release of xml-rpc says that XMLStreamParser is
faster than the expat version. Can anyone comment on this? (like how much
faster?)

I cannot seem to locate this parser. A search on Google "XMLStreamParser
ruby" is not helpful. I located a couple of references to it yesterday but
they didn't help.

Can anyone help?
