Is irb "officially" a "standard" module now? (Substitute
more appropriate terms where applicable.)

I would like to see something like "rubysh" that is installed with
ruby and which starts up ruby with irb.

PS: Is the ruby-ML to comp.lang.ruby gateway ready to run?
