Just a quick notice here.  The news to mail portion of our Gateway  
has been offline for a bit.

It somehow failed to remove a PID file on exit, then wouldn't  
relaunch to avoid duplicating messages sent to the list.  I've  
removed the PID and watched it run successfully once, so I think  
we're back in business.

We should see the list playing catchup now.  Sorry for the downtime  
and now the flooding.
