i recently upgraded to XP and installed the Powertoys package from
microsoft website....  it has a user interface tweaker utility which
allows you to create new document templates for windows explorer.  the
templates are displayed whenever you right-click, it has a list of new
things which can be created.

my question, how can i add Ruby as a document template?  i tried the
obvious 'Create' option and tried several of the ruby binaries but it
didn't think any of them was sufficient for creating a new template...
 any ideas on how can i create a 'Ruby Program' template?  through
tweakUI or any other means with XP?
