Ah. I see. Since http://member.nifty.ne.jp/nokada/archive/ did not show
any reference to 0.8.4 and the RAA did not mention 0.8.4, I supposed the
link http://member.nifty.ne.jp/nokada/archive/optparse-0.8.4.tar.gz
would not work. Seems I should have tried harder...
