It _is_ the X11 library. It does not depend on libX11.so ("Xlib") because
it is a _replacement_ for it. So the total source code is 100k
uncompressed. (50k compressed)

Now if you have to install the other half of X11 support, namely the "X11
Server", then you have to choose one (from the dozen or so win32
implementations) and download/buy it.
