Once upon a time (10 years or so) "Spam" was an appropriate category.
Today many of the messages one does not wish to receive are no Spam.
An appropriate category is "Junk". The difference between "Spam" and
"Junk" is similar to the one between "no fat" and "junk". Something
not containing fat still can be junk food. It may contain huge
amounts of sugar.
