Anybody know a way to make this DRYer?

    when /^([A-Za-z0-9,]+), '([^']+)', '([^']+)', '([^']+)'/

a literal regex with a subpattern repeated three times

I could probably split on the ', but it seems that might have unwanted
side effects.
