I'm very sorry, but there is no document about TkTreeCtrl.
Please see the demo of TkTreeCtrl at "ext/tk/sample/tkextlib/treectrl/"
on Ruby's source tree.
And please see the manual of TkTreeCtrl by comparison to

"tkextlib/treectrl/tktreectrl.rb".
`Tk::TreeCtrl::Column', `Tk::TreeCtrl::Element',
`Tk::TreeCtrl::Item', and `Tk::TreeCtrl::Style' are
classes to manipulate those component.

# a little similar to the relationship betwieen a canvas and
# canvas items.

In many cases, it may be OK to use standard style for controlling
widget objects on Ruby/Tk.
