I have been using Tcl/Tk for several years and recently was asked to
look at Ruby for some commercial development.  I have read the faq's
and surfed the web and still do not have a clear idea of how the Ruby
license affects commercial software development.

Can anyone tell my in a clear, concise way what I need to look at to
determine if the Ruby license will allow me to create a commercial
piece of software that is cross platform and distribute it?
