has anybody used this lately? i'm looking to build a rails app where
much of the data and ruleset are expressed in xml and xslt - and it
seems like libxslt-ruby is the way to go. however, it doesn't seem to
be very downloaded very much, and it doesn't have a page on rubyforge.
is it dead?
