Does anyone know of a robust distribution of WIN32 functions such as
those needed for networking, working with shares, permissions, groups,
etc.?  I have done some searching around but Ruby seems devoid
currently of this type of module functionality as is available in
Python and Perl.  I hope that I am wrong and there does exist such
modules.
