Do you see PseudoHash in RAA?
http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/raa-list.rhtml?name=PseudoHash
http://www.notwork.org/~gotoken/ruby/p/pseudohash/

  Description

PseudoHash is a subclass of Hash but can be specified the order of
keys. The order of keys determines the order of the iterations of
  each.
