TPFJ[1]

I believe Jamal is one of our visually impaired Ruby users and his
screen reader unfortunately currently doesn't do well with standard
"bottom-posted" quoted replies. Although it's not optimal, for now,
some folks tend to top-post when replying to individuals who are
blind.
