An instance of TkMenubutton can only be used once without an
intervening use of another instance of TkMenuButton. (Where "use"
means display menu with space key and select an item with the
Return key)  This problems seems to be only on Windows. Have any
of the other (1 or 2) users of Tk encountered this?
