What does your Config::CONFIG['arch'] look like?

Actually, rubygems uses:

   File.join(Config::CONFIG['bindir'], 
Config::CONFIG['ruby_install_name'])

What are the bindir and ruby_install_name values set to under JRuby?

The RubyGems teams is very willing to work this out.
