NQXML v1.1.1 is now available. The Writer class now indents XML when
'prettify' is true and always calls 'to_s' on all attributes' values.

I've released such a minor update for two reasons. First, NQXML is now also
a SourceForge project. Yay.

Second, I will soon be releasing a new project that depends upon NQXML
v1.1.1.
