I have found three projects, I think they are distinct, but none of them
have released files, and I get 404s and other errors when trying to look
at their code repositories.

If anybody has looked at BEEP libs recently and could give me an
overview of the status for ruby, I'd appreciate it.

I've found contacts for some of the projects, but the deveiate one
(which says the others are abandoned) doesn't have any email addrs I
found.
