	Take this with a grain of salt because there are a few
exceptions, but mod_ruby and mod_perl are _very_ similar in
functionality in terms of ways that they interact with Apache.  If it
was true in mod_perl, then it probably is for mod_ruby (including Trans,
auth, authz, logging handlers, etc.).  -sc
