If anyone is interested I've just revamped my telephone authentication
system (www.teleauth.com). It's completely rewritten in Ruby (and Rails
for the UI). I would greatly appreciate it if some gurus from this list
would beta-test the system, and send me some comments.

TeleAuth provides a web-service to simplify the process of collecting
sensitive information from users over the phone. It can be used to
authenticate users, collect credit-card information etc.
