On my environment,
-----------------------------------------------------
$ /usr/local/bin/irb
irb(main):001:0> require 'tkextlib/tile'
=> true
irb(main):002:0> Tk::Tile::Style.theme_names
=> ["step", "clam", "alt", "default", "classic"]
irb(main):003:0> Tk::Tile::Style.theme_use('clam')
=> ""
irb(main):004:0> Tk::Tile.style('clam')
=> "clam"
