Since there wasn't a lot of replies to my previous mails and that all
the rooms are booked, there won't be any Ruby Dev Room.

The wiki ( http://fosdem.librium.org ) is still up and will stay up
until the Fosdem just in case people want to go and need some info.

I've setted up several pages to help people :
- find how to go there
- find a place to stay
- just say they are going there
