Another source of libraries: http://rubyforge.org/

And I think fxri is a cross platform documentation viewer.  I think it
comes installed in some ruby windows packages, but if it isn't
installed I think the installation is as easy as 'gem install fxri'. 
Then just 'fxri' to run it.
