Ruby/GD 0.7.4 is released. You can get it from RAA, or

http://www.acc.ne.jp/~tam/GD/index.en.html

This version of Ruby/GD supports the newest features provided by
gd-2.0.1beta(see http://www.boutell.com/gd/manual2.0.html).

Having registered it in RAA, I've found some small bugs.
I corrected them and remake the archive.
