Just a proposal: How about using ".erb" as the file suffix for eRuby 
files instead of ".rhtml". It makes sense:

Ruby files:     .rb
eRuby files:    .erb

Sure, it's up to the Apache administrator how he chooses to set up the 
file suffix for eRuby files, but it would be easier if we all agreed on 
one thing : )
