Anyone created any kind of molecular visualization software in Ruby?
Something like PyMol, but much simpler (I only need ball & stick, don't need 
any protein visualization stuff)... scriptability (in Ruby, of course) would 
be nice as would the ability to output in postscript or jpeg.
