I've taken care of this, this time around. What you do is you "view
previous revisions" and find the first revision that doesn't contain
the spam. You then "edit revision <foo> of this page". Mark the
comment as something like "*despam (fscking spammers)" and then save
it.

It's getting tiresome, but I don't have the time to work on Ruwiki,
which has been planned to be the alternative wiki for RubyGarden's
wiki. Maybe in the new year, as I have the rest of the year booked for
PDF::Writer work.
