Hi,

I'm having problems with 'timezone' being redeclared in
/usr/include/time.h:81 as a different symbol to that declared in
missing/strftime.c:124.

I saw in [ruby-talk:15020] that JJ was having this problem but there didn't
seem to be any resolution.

Has anyone else struck this?
