Not really.  Let me give you small lesson.  Japanese has small
particles attached to nouns, which specifies role of nouns.

For example, English phrase

   I'm riding a car.

can be written in both

   Watashi ga kuruma ni notteiru.
   Kuruma ni watashi ga notteiru.

   (where Watashi = me, Kuruma = car, Notteiru = riding)

"ga" and "ni" are particles.  And when you say

   Kuruma ga watashi ni notteiru.

I think you're having serious problem. ;-)
