This is extremely common in Japan. Not just websites, but
advertisements, etc oftentimes have English words in them. Some of the
favorite English words/phrases in the Japanese lexicon: "What's
Hot/New", "OK", "Cool", etc... 

Another interesting phenomenon is the use of an English title for a
song whose only English words are the title... ;-)
