Except to say 'keys and values go here'. But it's one of those
personal taste things, you can't argue it.

That said, I'm not a big fan of it. Although I like the '[:]' syntax
for empty hashes in 1.9, but I got clobbered on ruby-core for
suggesting it a couple months back :)
