Hi all.

 I have made tests of all types with get_notify in Ruby-postgres and it
 doesn't work. Always get an empty Array.

 Is there a problem on my system or this is a known bug? How can I solve
 it?

 I am in Debian Sarge, with Ruby 1.8.2 and Ruby-postgres 0.7.1.
