Hi,

For those of you who do not yet know, you can 
go to #ruby-lang at irc.openprojects.net for
contact with some others in the Ruby community.

You can ask questions, give answers, and even
chat with one of the authors of the pickaxe book :-)

There are typically 12-22 people there at any time.
There is even a bot that serves 'ri' results.

And, as a bonus for those who are more dedicated, matz
occassionally drops in for a few hours ;-)
