I would volunteer for "phase 1" being the provision of the Ruby Scintilla
rules (whatever this is). This would lead to a Ruby-Black Adder Editor
with syntax-coloring and code folding. Upcoming phases (such as the
integration of the debugger, the profiler and finally the Qt-binding/and
builder) might need somebody more deeply into the Ruby-internals.
