Hi,

I'm working for converting string with $KCODE. RubyCocoa will treat
string as UTF8 when $KCODE is "NONE".

$KCODE NSStringEncoding
---------------------------
NONE UTF8
UTF8 UTF8
EUC EUC
SJIS SJIS(MacJapanese)
