if one needs quality, one needs an admin :-)
i am quality sensitive, especially since i'm introducing ruby in my company.
If you think about it, the admin is there to _ease_ your job. Quality
packaging is not easy.

ah, rubygems at rubyforge would do fine.

but then again, who would port all those raa pckages to rubyforge/gems? An
admin again, perhaps?
