Yes, it's just the syntax to get the RFC822 payload into the URL.  It
doesn't match valid RFC822 email addresses... just the container they
come in. :)

To show that a "regexp" to match email cannot be written in one short
line, as had been posted further up the thread.  The problem is
harder, *MUCH* harder, than most people seem to understand.
