when doing a ./configure, and there's no /usr/include/tk.h /tcl.h, configure 
creates no makefile in ./ext/tcltklib/ - without printing any warnings or 
errors.

that's really _bad_  :-(

why doesn't it say "I didn't found the tcl includes. Compiling without 
tcltklib."?
