Are finalizers (ObjectSpace.define_finalizer) executed atomicly? Or can
they be interrupt by other finalizers (or threads)?

I've noticed that finalizers can't raise exceptions. They silently
abort. That's a feature, but hard to find bugs in finalizers ;-)
