I released RSS Parser 0.1.0.

This version has RSS Maker which can make RSS 0.91/1.0/2.0
with same interface.

You can see a usage of this in Tutorial.en and Reference.en
in the archive.

Those files can be browsed on the Web.

The API of RSS Maker isn't fixed I don't know what API is
