I bet everybody wants me to finish this project by now, so I'll stop 
pestering the list with erb questions.

1.  What are the purpose of ERB#def_class, ERB#def_method, and 
ERB#def_module?

2.  Should erb documentation include details about the methods and 
classses of ERB::Compiler?
